Located just down stairs from the resort in the chic Circle on Cavill shopping precinct, Perle offers customers a true fine dining experience and was awarded best new restaurant in 2009. The Executive Chef Michael Chambers aims to serve up decadent and visually pleasing meals and he delivers just that.
Serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner daily Perle offers an extensive menu including tapas, pizzas and share platters as well us succulent steak and delicious duck. With meals ranging from $15 up to $35 diners certainly get their money’s worth which keeps people coming back again and again.

Award-winning chef Michael Chambers understands that fine food needs to be married with fine wine so inside you will find a floor to ceiling wine cellar which houses over 200 wines ranging from $25 a bottle to the top end Cristal making it the most extensive wine menu on the Gold Coast.
